I can't believe it. I'm 31 years old and just bought my first new furniture. My whole house, until now, has been furnished with hand-me-downs, my mother's yard sale finds, and gifts. Our couch has been suffering for sometime now. So, this year with my tax return I replaced it as a Mothers' Day gift to myself. I bought a couch and matching chair. I love them, and feel so grown-up.

Yeah!!! How beautiful! Spencer and I got our new couches with out tax return as well. It is a great feeling to relax on a new couch. I can't wait to see you guys in a couple weeks! We should go on a double date.

I'm loving the furniture! Is it nice to smell it and not have any other smells other than yours? It's been a long time for me! It's official, you are all grown up, you have new furniture! Forget the 14 year old. haha. Love ya!
